1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") and bdd22 (hereinafter referred to as "bdd22", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at bdd22.net and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bonuses, promotions, and customer support.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the bdd22 platform, or placing any wager — whether through a desktop browser or a mobile device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the bdd22 platform immediately.

bdd22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the bdd22 platform following any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bdd22's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and bdd22.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bdd22 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of bdd22, nor are you an immediate family member of any such employee.
• You do not currently hold another active bdd22 account.

bdd22 utilises Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of all players. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting services on bdd22, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one active account on bdd22. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdd22 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds obtained through duplicate registrations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bdd22 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. bdd22 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdd22's customer support team immediately via live chat. We will take appropriate steps to secure your account pending investigation.

Account Verification

bdd22 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal, before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, or at any point during your account lifecycle at our discretion. The documents typically requested include a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a screenshot or confirmation of the payment method linked to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdd22 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bdd22 is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. bdd22 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. bdd22 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the originating payment source does not match the account holder's verified identity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by bdd22's finance team during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). For fully verified accounts, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account (same-source withdrawal policy).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• bdd22 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• bdd22 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider are the player's responsibility.

5 Bonus & Promotions

bdd22 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be clearly communicated at the point of claiming the bonus. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings remain non-withdrawable and are for gaming purposes only.

Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and their associated winnings are automatically forfeited without exception or appeal.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirements of a bonus. Live dealer games, certain table games, and some specialty titles may contribute at a reduced rate or may be entirely excluded from wagering requirement calculations. The eligible game list and contribution rates applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

bdd22 maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming a bonus across multiple accounts, using systematic betting strategies to exploit bonus mechanics, making deposits solely for the purpose of claiming a bonus without genuine gaming intent, and any form of collusion between players to jointly exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdd22 reserves the right to void the bonus in full, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on bdd22, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In addition to the obligations described elsewhere in these Terms, you specifically agree to the following:

• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the bdd22 platform in any manner that is not available to standard users through the normal browser interface.
• You will not attempt to exploit any technical error, system fault, or software bug in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected system error are void and must be returned to bdd22.
• You will not engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or manipulation of any game or event outcome.
• You will not use the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• You will not harass, threaten, or abuse other players or bdd22 staff members through any communication channel.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account other than your own, or to any backend system, database, or server associated with bdd22.
• You will promptly notify bdd22's support team if you become aware of any activity on the platform that appears fraudulent, exploitative, or in breach of these Terms.

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities. bdd22's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final and binding subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the permanent closure of your bdd22 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, bdd22 will confirm your identity, settle any pending withdrawal requests to which you are entitled, and zero any remaining bonus balance in line with the applicable bonus terms. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion can be activated through your account settings or by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is active, bdd22 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to your account for the duration of the exclusion period. Suspension or Closure by bdd22

bdd22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Underage gambling or misrepresentation of age or identity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against bdd22 without valid grounds.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bdd22 will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder via their registered email address within a reasonable period and will specify what steps, if any, can be taken to resolve the matter.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdd22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the bdd22 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from service interruptions, technical faults, or system downtime.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by certified third-party Random Number Generator (RNG) software outside bdd22's direct control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any actions taken by bdd22 in good faith in response to regulatory or law enforcement instructions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdd22's liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdd22 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
